Global Muslim Alliance (GMA) has a General Secretary serves a minimum of one year appointed from the Hosting country of next GMA Summit.

The Country Hosting GMA Summit is voted with in the summit. the administration of that country meaning the Grand Mufti and His delegates who represents the chosen country hosting GMA Member state nominate names forwarded to GMA Permanent Secretary who confirms the appointment of General Secretary and assistant. Every communication of GMA is shared by GMA Permanent secretary.
